Brewing tea correctly would taste better and tea soup would be healthier, the most important part of brewing tea is the water temperature, for our garden’s organic tea, we recommend that Premium Grade of Jade Needle, Sliver Needle and Snow Dragon is steeped in water around 85°C, for 1st and 2nd grade of Jade Needle, Sliver Needle, Snow Dragon, Maofeng and gunpowder is steeped in water around 90 °C.

Regions such as North Africa or Central Asia prefer a bitter tea, and hotter water is used. In Morocco, green tea is steeped in boiling water for 15 minutes.

The container in which green tea is steeped is often warmed beforehand to prevent premature cooling. High-quality green tea can have new water added as many as five or more times, depending on variety, at increasingly higher temperatures.

Also, always remember the first infusion is for washing and waking up the tea leaves, its not for drinking
