Chinese have always been very particular about the having tea. When the guests come, the guests and the host greet each other. After the guests are seated, the owner should choose tea sets and teas according to their preferences, age and gender. For the elderly, choose ceramic or celadon tea sets, and younger ones can use white porcelain or glassware. Before using the tea set, be sure to wash it and dry it, especially white porcelain, celadon or glassware. Be sure to leave no tea stains or fingerprints. When put in tea leaves, do not grab with your hands, apply with teaspoon, horn spoon, stainless steel spoon, etc., do not use iron spoon. When tea is added, it is advisable to add it gradually. Don't put too much in one time. If the tea is excessive, the tea you take back should never be poured back to the tea canister. It should be discarded or otherwise treated.

The choice of tea is based on the season, time, and hobby. The tea of guests’ choice is the best. If there is no hobby, the application of new tea in the spring shows noble and elegant; in summer, green tea is served, which is clear and fresh; in autumn, it is suitable to serve scented tea, floral aroma and lovable; in winter, black tea and puerh should be served, the soup color is warm.

When brewing tea, it should be light and fast, and it can be 80% full. After brewing, politely said to the guests: "Please having tea." Guests should also express their gratitude. When having tea, if you use a teacup, you should take the cup in your right hand and open the lid in your left hand. If you use a glass, use your thumb and middle finger, and the index finger to hold the cup, the ring finger and the little finger to hold the bottom. If you feel that the tea is too hot, put it on the tea table and let it cool. Do not use your mouth to blow the air to cool down.

In tea drinking, when the tea in the guest's tea cup has gone half or two-thirds, the owner should pour the tea for the guest. At this time, guests can thank you, or use the index finger and middle finger together, and gently click on the desktop to show thanks.

The correct way to have tea is not only a methodological problem, but also the behavioral beauty, language beauty and spiritual beauty of the host and the guest.
